This message is to inform you that we recently experienced a very sensitive situation with a consumer (Mr. Hinshaw, Spyder owner) and we were looking for help in order to resolve the issue. One of my agents contacted your Service Manager Curt who immediately and nicely accepted to give BRP a hand and to do everything needed to bring the customer back on his Spyder as quickly as possible.

"I can't say enough about how well i was treated by the staff at Flatout Powersports. I was in need of service for my two SeaDoo jet skis when I found Flatout Powersports on the internet. Never having dealt with me before, the service manager (Curt) was willing to take on my service needs immeadiatley. They accepted my skis into the service dept and had them repaired and back on the water the following day. The service dept. went above and beyond to make sure I had a good and timely experience. I have since purchased two brand new SeaDoo jet skis from them and the sales experience was just as pleasing as the service experience. This is the place to go, no doubt about it. "While traveling from our home in Florida across the U.S., the parking brake on our 2011 Can-Am Spyder RT Limited failed. This was a major problem because the bike has an automatic clutch, meaning that the only way to keep the bike from rolling off when it is shut down is to use the parking brake.
We located FlatOut powersports and Curt (the service manager) had a qualified tech working on the bike within minutes.
Another employee offered to take my wife and myself somewhere to get some lunch while we waited. About the time we finished our lunch we received a call from Curt that the bike was ready to go.
We cannot thank Curt and the rest of the staff at FlatOut Powersports for their timely and efficient atttention to our problem. They saved our day!"

Bill has got him self one hell of a team they worked with me from day one til I got on my Bike and drove off and are still very helpful when I stop by.
